EYELINK MESH BELTS (CMG) AND PLATE BELTS (CT-LP) are suitable for wastewater filtering applications.

Stainless steel (AISI 304/AISI 316) is the most commonly used material for its excellent corrosion resistance.

Eyelink metal belts (CMG) and plate metal belts (CT-LP)

Metal belts are used in wastewater filtration to remove solid particles and contaminants present in the water. These belts retain solid waste and allow the flow of clean water.

Wastewater filtration is essential to protect the environment and ensure public health.

They are made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant metals. This is crucial, as wastewater can contain chemicals and corrosive components.

The size of the opening of the belt will depend on treatment requirements and the particles expected to be removed. The belt must be tailored to the specific needs of the filtration process.

For this application, we manufacture the plate belt (CT-LP) and the eyelink mesh belts (CMG). In case the application requires it, a side chain can be added to the eyelink metal belt (CT-CMG).

The plate belt (CT-LP), can be machined with holes just the right size for proper filtration.

The eyelink mesh belt (CMG) can be manufactured with the diameter of the wire and the appropriate pitch to retain the required particle size.
