Metal belts are used in wastewater filtration to remove solid particles and contaminants present in the water. These belts retain solid waste and allow the flow of clean water.

They are made of carbon steel or other corrosion-resistant metals. This is crucial, as wastewater can contain chemicals and corrosive components.

The size of the opening of the belt will depend on treatment requirements and the particles expected to be removed. The belt must be tailored to the specific needs of the filtration process.

For this application, we manufacture the perforated plate belt (CT-LP) and the eyelink metal belt (CMG).

The perforated plate metal belt (CT-LP), can be machined with holes just the right size for proper filtration.

And the eyelink metal belt (CMG) can be manufactured with the diameter of the wire and the appropriate pitch to retain the required particle size. Additionally, if the application requires it, side chains can be incorporated.
