Thanks to the structure they form, they have a high strength-to-weight ratio, making them very durable and stable.

These metal belts cannot be manufactured with exact widths. This will depend on the size of the module.

Materials and temperatures

They can be manufactured in steel, galvanized steel, AISI 204, AISI 304, and AISI 316.

The normal operating temperature limits are around 250°C, with models that can successfully operate up to 500°C.

It can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees.

Applications

The large open surface makes it particularly suitable for processes such as draining, drying, coating, or baking where air, gas, and/or liquids need to pass through.

And its high strength makes it suitable for the internal transport of large-sized items such as panels and sheets, or in the paper and cardboard industry.
